The Mystery

Everybody wants a happy ending. The network wants ratings.

Reality-show producer Mark Brunette films the rural West Virginia wedding of Billy Bob Cash and Sheri Kerry. New-money Tammy Cash and old-money Snooty Kerry clash, fame-hungry Ashley wants the cameras pointed at her, and Reverend Moonbeam Asparagus supplies the spiritual guidance of the Church of Vegetarian.

By the reception, Mark has given nearly everyone a reason to hate him. Then an explosion hidden in the bridal bouquet turns the wedding special into a murder mystery.

The Audience

At this wedding, the bride and groom may be sitting at your table.

Three guests become Billy Bob Cash, Sheri Kerry and the film-crew Clapper. The entire audience contributes to the wedding, questions the suspects, and completes Detective Cards before the solution.

A Production Feature Unique to This Show

The audience writes part of the show.

During the pre-show mingle, guests supply lines of terrible wedding advice and other suggestions. Later, performers draw those contributions into the reception toasts, creating an improv element in the tradition of Whose Line Is It Anyway? No two performances land quite the same way.
