A comeback engagement with a lethal encore.
In 1963, the Kit Kat Klub is the self-proclaimed Caesar’s Palace of the Poconos. Owner Sid Geaser has a taste for booze, a weakness for bad bets and a nightclub sliding toward foreclosure. His permanent headliner, Newt Diamond, is not helping attendance.
Then successful crooner Johnny Rival returns to the club that launched him. Dancer Misty Storm sees possibilities. Bodybuilder Claude Hammer sees competition. Newt sees a rival who already has everything he wants.
The songs keep coming, the drinks keep flowing, and the club’s comeback becomes a murder investigation. The audience gets a front-row seat—and a chance to question everyone left standing.
